Split Air Conditioner HVAC

The DLZL-AC01 Refrigeration Trainer Split Air Conditioner Training System of vocational education equipment is to demonstrate the installation, operation and working principle of split air conditioners in the classroom. It’s split sir conditioner vocational training equipment,  which can be used as education training equipment, air conditioner training equipment for related major of vocational training schools.
 Students will be able to follow the refrigeration cycle, explore the layout and functions of all major components and controls, review installation procedures, perform maintenance and troubleshooting exercises. The device is a fully operable unit that contains all the basic components of a split air conditioner. The components are clearly arranged in a repairable manner and mounted on a bench-type frame. In order to allow students to control and monitor various experiments, we provide some special control devices, instruments and transparent observation ports.
This training equipment is built around an aluminum profile and sheet metal frame, which contains a demo board for mounting components. The equipment chassis is equipped with casters with brake locks. The split air conditioner was reconfigured to enhance the learning process. Each system is fully equipped with plumbing and electrical connections so that it can be operated at any time. The components are clearly laid out and have labels for easy identification. Provide refrigeration and circuit diagrams for instructional teaching. The observation mirror is to monitor the cooling state of the refrigerant at this position. Refrigerant: R410A or equivalent
